This 3 Week Self Defense Mini Academy is an excellent stepping stone to our Full 6 Week Academy. It is fast and focuses on must have techniques. Available to anyone age 13+!
This class is taught in an environment similar to a police academy and the material will be fun and engaging. This course is a great opportunity to learn some valuable skills while sampling the material that would be expanded upon in our 6 week Full Academy.
During the 3 Week Self Defense Mini Academy you will participate in the following:
- Vehicle Abductions
- Home Invasions
- Basic / Intermediate / Advanced Striking Techniques
- Escape Techniques
- Strike Defenses
- Communication Drills
- Edged Weapon Defenses
- Scenario Training
