C.O.B.R.A. Father / Daughter Self Defense Night (Ages 12+) – Carstairs

A Self Defense program specially designed for fathers and their daughters!

This is the age when they are away from you more often and have often become overly dependent on their social media and other technology. This course will address this and teach how this dependence negatively affects our ability to protect ourselves or recognize a threat.  We will then expand into various hands-on self defense skills to safeguard your children while allowing you to spend some quality time together!!

This camp will build your daughters confidence while empowering them and providing them with a variety of skills, in an environment that is fun and engaging!  You get some much needed time together and you get to leave knowing they have a skill set that will help them throughout their life!

Fathers are welcome to bring more than one daughter to this session.  The material in this class is for ages 12+.
