Teen Safe: A Self Defense program specially designed for teens age 12-17!
This is the age when they are away from you more often and have become overly dependent on their social media and other technology. This course will address this and teach how this dependence negatively affects their ability to protect themselves or recognize a threat. We will then expand into various hands-on self defense skills to safeguard your children!!
Teen Safe will build your teen’s confidence while empowering them and providing them with a variety of skills, in an environment that is fun and engaging! They get a fun night out with their friends and you get the peace of mind knowing that they are learning skills that could save their life!!
